Welcome to OneDay!

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the OneDay platform (“OneDay”), operated by Monash IVF Group. By creating an account or accessing OneDay, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use OneDay.

1. About OneDay

OneDay is a reproductive health and wellbeing program provided at no cost to you as part of your employer’s wellbeing offering. Your access is funded by your employer. OneDay is intended for individual use only.

2. Eligibility

There is no minimum age requirement to create an account; however, OneDay is designed for adults (+18 years of age) in a workplace setting. By using OneDay, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Collection and Use of Your Information

To register and use OneDay, you will be required to provide personal information, and various parts of the website may include collection of sensitive information (such as health information) as defined under applicable Australian privacy laws. All personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

4. Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive communications from us relating to OneDay, including updates, educational resources, and marketing materials, via email.
You may opt out of receiving marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our communications.

5. Use of OneDay

Your access to OneDay is personal and non-transferable. You must not share your account details with any other person. You agree to use OneDay only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Content provided on OneDay is for general informational purposes only and is not intended to be medical advice, nor does it replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

6. Changes to OneDay and These Terms

We may update or modify OneDay, or these Terms, at any time without prior notice. Where possible, we will notify you of any material changes. Your continued use of OneDay following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to OneDay at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or misused the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • OneDay is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis;
  • Monash IVF Group makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees about the content, availability, or reliability of OneDay; and
